Simply Payroll – Saving time for emplyers and employees

A payroll app for employees and managers. Employees can track their work and timesheet, ask for leave and reimbursements. Managers can overview timesheets, run the payroll, approve holidays and reimbursements.  

Problem

• It’s tiresome work to keep up the worksheets for employees
• Running payroll manually is a very risky business especially if employees get their paycheck based on the worked hours.
• It’s a hassle for employees to do the paperwork for their payslips.

My role and the scope

I worked together with Marina Baker an illustrator and brand designer at Roam, Auckland, New Zealand. The project took 2 months.

Running payroll made easy: Employers don’t need to contact with their bookkeeper

The employer can run the payroll after accepting all the timesheets.

Saving time for employers: Overviewing and accepting timesheets at one place and notify employees to upload their ones in time

Timesheets are grouped into three categories with tab navigation. Manager can send a notification to employees to send their timesheets.

Eliminating tedious paperwork for employees with tracking their work activities

Employees can go through a step by step guide to identifying the parameter of the actual job.

Displaying a clear balance of leave days and requesting leave guide reducing unused leave days

Employees can go through a step by step guide to submit leave request.
